Witheriff Group Expands into Pottsville

Witheriff Group has expanded its Tweed Coast presence with the opening of a new office in Pottsville.

The move comes after a new partnership with Pottsville Properties, a local agency run by Shannon and Katie Kofoed.

The partnership has seen a rebrand to Witheriff Group, which now occupies the prime corner location at 1 Coronation Avenue, Pottsville.

Witheriff Group Director Nick Witheriff said the move into a new market represented an exciting new phase for the agency, which opened its flagship office in Kingscliff 12 months ago.

“We couldn’t be more excited to branch into the Pottsville area and build on the accomplishments that Shannon and Katie have cultivated over the decades,” Mr Witheriff said.

 “Pottsville is a gem of the Northern Rivers and we’ve got some standout properties in the pipeline to share in the coming months.

“We’re seeing big growth in Pottsville with the suburb emerging as one of the most affordable coastal regions in NSW.”

Witheriff Group and Salt PM will absorb the sales and rental arms of the Pottsville Properties business.

The Pottsville Properties agency serviced the Pottsville to Wooyung area for more than 30 years, completing more than 2,500 sales.

Witheriff Group recently secured the highest sale price for the Tweed Coast this year, with the sale of 75 Cylinders Drive, Kingscliff for $7.75 million.

“We congratulate the sellers and look forward to welcoming a nice young family to our community,” Mr Witheriff said.
