New Office and Agents for Coastal Property Collective

The new Coastal Property Collective office at 3/38 Tweed Coast Road, Cabarita Beach.
Coastal Property Collective has added to their agent numbers following their recent expansion into the Cabarita Beach region.
The local Tweed Coast agency, with a head office in Kingscliff, opened a new premises at 3/38 Tweed Coast Road, Cabarita Beach in December.
Coastal Property Collective Director Mason Garten said the new office in Cabarita Beach felt like a natural progression for the agency.
“Having lived and worked on the Tweed for more than 20 years, I’ve watched Cabarita evolve from a laid-back coastal village into a truly iconic Australian beach town, one that’s now maturing with thoughtful, modern development,” Mr Garten said.
“With our established presence in Kingscliff, expanding into Cabarita allows our sales agents and property managers to better support our buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across the southern corridor.
“The market response to the expansion of Coastal Property Collective into our second shopfront has been super positive, with lots of locals being super kind and complimentary.”
Mr Garten said they now have three real estate agents based in their Cabarita Beach office.

The agency, which was established two years ago, currently has a team of 16 and has sold more than $370 million worth of property. They cover Fingal, Kingscliff, Casuarina, Cudgen, Chinderah, Cabarita Beach, Bogangar, Pottsville and surrounding areas.
