6 North Point Avenue, Kingscliff.
More than $50 million worth of prime real estate, including beachfront mansions, is set to go under the hammer at an auction event in Kingscliff next week.
In what’s being billed as one of the biggest nights in Tweed Coast real estate sales, 14 properties will be auctioned at the Witheriff Group Spring Auction Event.
Witheriff Group Director and Real Estate Agent Nick Witheriff said with so much buyer demand it could be a record-breaking night for Tweed Coast sales.
“The energy in the room is going to be electric, buyers and sellers coming together for a night that will shape the Tweed Coast property market,” Mr Witheriff said.
“We’re expecting some of the most competitive bidding the Tweed Coast has ever seen, it’s going to be an unforgettable evening.
“The Spring Auction Event will set a new benchmark for property sales in our region.”
The event, which is being held on 4 September, will also feature a charity auction and raffle with all proceeds going to a local charity, S.H.I.F.T Project, which supports women who are experiencing homelessness.
“This will be a celebration of our community as much as it is a night of real estate,” Mr Witheriff said.
