Final expressions of interest are being received for a luxury beachfront home in Casuarina, which is being sold ‘commission free’.
The property at 15 Daybreak Boulevard, Casuarina is known as ‘The Beachcomber’ and sits on a prime 714 sqm beachfront block.
The owners of the property won a charity auction where they bid $65,000 for Witheriff Group Directors Carol Witheriff and Nick Witheriff to sell their home ‘commission free’.
The $70,000 raised as part of the full charity auction has been donated to Hundred4Harper, which raises vital funds for research into childhood brainstem cancers.
Hundred 4 Harper was founded by Helena and Lee Dowdall, whose three-year-old daughter Harper tragically lost her life to brain cancer.
Carol Witheriff said it was an honour to be able to contribute to such an important cause.
“We couldn’t be more proud to be supporting this important local charity and we thank the property owners Ken and Deb for their generosity,” Ms Witheriff said.
She said the home, designed by celebrated architect Paul Uhlmann, was inspired by the 1970s Gold Coast beach house aesthetic and offered laid back luxury and seamless indoor and outdoor living.
“The property at 15 Daybreak Boulevard is truly unique and offers an incredible lifestyle for discerning buyers,” she said.
The EOI campaign for the property closes Thursday 19 June.
